UWD is seeking to hire a Technical Lead – Full Stack
It's a Full-time & Onsite role
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead the development team and oversee daily technical operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions (Backend – Frontend – Mobile).
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance.
- Guide, mentor, and support junior and mid-level developers.
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical planning.
Job Requirement
- 5–7 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proven previous experience working as a Technical Lead or leading a development team.
- Strong experience in Backend , Frontend and Flutter Development
- Excellent knowledge of API Development & Integration.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, performance, and scalability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a technical team
Working Days : Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
